Cancellation Policy:

This states to book an appointment, a card will be held on file. If you find you have to cancel your appointment. Please cancel more than 2 days before the day of your appointment. If appointments are not cancelled within this designated time frame, I understand my account/card will be charged 50% of your service total. If you cancel the day before, or no show, regardless of reason, you will be charged 100% of the total of services booked. Being more than 15 minutes late is considered a no show, and you will not be serviced, while incurring a 100% charge as well. Juliann Farris Hair does not offer refunds under any circumstance.
